Belly Dance Class, Wednesdays 6:00 pm

Learn the ancient art of belly dance!   Shake, shimmy and undulate
your way to improved core control, better posture and muscle isolation
techniques that have made this dance popular for thousands of years.
Dance with a veil, learn finger cymballs, figure 8s, shimmies and hot
hip work for yourself or to perform with a group.  Build confidence,
stamina and improve fitness while losing yourself in fantastic music.
 Dance shoes helpful but not required - bare feet is ok.  Performance
props (veils, hipscarves) should be in your dance bag, but will be
made available in class - bring your own or buy one at the studio.
This class is suitable for all levels.  Beginners can load up on
basics while more experienced dancers can hone in on technique and get
reacquainted.  No previous dance experience necessary.
