Please pre-register online or call the studio within 24 hours to register for class.

For your safety: if you are interested in joining a group equipment class for the first time please contact the studio for level placement/permission.

• All sessions and classes are 55 minutes in length.
• 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged. Because the studio is closed on Sundays, Monday appointments must be cancelled by Saturday at 12 p.m. to avoid being charged.
• "No shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
• All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Introductory offer is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. 5-session packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. 10-session packages are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. 20-session packages are valid 270 days from the date of purchase.
• Instructors for group classes may be substituted without notice.
• Please visit the webscheduler to preregister online, or call the studio if within 24 hours.
• Many people are sensitive to perfumes so please refrain from using them before your visit.
• Cell phones must be turned to silent mode and remain in the lobby.
